I’ve sat across from a lot of people in my career. As a workforce development consultant, as a business strategist, as a wellness practitioner — I’ve always been drawn to the space between people and their potential. But it wasn’t until I started studying the nervous system — really studying it — that I understood something that changed the way I see everything.
The beauty industry is full of incredibly skilled, deeply caring professionals who have never been taught what to do when a client’s body starts protecting itself on the table. Not because they aren’t paying attention — but because no one ever showed them what to look for.
I’m a certified NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, TIME Techniques Practitioner, Life & Success Coach, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner. I hold an MBA. I’ve spent years at the intersection of human behavior, business systems, and the body’s intelligence.
The Grounded Esthetician exists because estheticians deserve the same quality of human-centered training that therapists, nurses, and bodyworkers receive — adapted specifically for the treatment room, the scope of our license, and the reality of our daily work.
